Return and Exchange Policy

We hope you love your AETHRA purchases’ but if for any reason they are not suitable we will happily offer a refund for items you wish to return.

Returns must be received back no later than 14 days from receiving the item.

Note, that the product/s must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, not damaged and, therefore, resalable.

Returns must include a completed returns form (included in your parcel). Failure to do so may result in a delay or problem with your return.

The cost of sending the original item to AETHRA is the customer’s responsibility. Therefore to return your parcel please log a courier or drop it at the post office. We will compensate by covering the cost of sending the exchange item to you.

Please keep your proof of return receipt in case there is an issue with your return. Failure to do so may result in a delay or problem with your return.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel by special delivery or using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. AETHRA cannot be responsible for any missing goods.

We will review the returned package and contact you to let you know that your exchange has been accepted.

All returns are processed within 5-10 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding bank holidays) of receiving your items back to us. Once your refund has been completed we will notify you via email, it may take up to 3-5 working days to arrive in your receiving account depending on your banking facilities.

Returns must be received in original condition as defined below:

Unworn
Unwashed
No marks on items
Any original packaging i.e. boxes undamaged, dust bag

Items which are not received in their original condition as defined above will not be refunded and returned to the sender, so please take extra care when trying on your order. In the rare event that a return is rejected, the decision is final and not negotiable.

We will refund the original payment method for the full value of the item less shipping paid for returning the parcel.

DELIVERY IN UNITED KINGDOM- FREE

  • Order before 10pm Mon-Friday (Orders placed after 12pm  Monday to Friday will be dispatched the following working day; orders placed after 12pm on Fridays will dispatched the following Monday)
  • Where items are ‘ready to ship’, please allow 1-3 working days
  • Tracked delivery
  • Weekends and bank holidays are excluded

DELIVERY IN EUROPEAN COUNTRIES – FREE

  • Order before 10pm Mon-Friday (Orders placed after 12pm  Monday to Friday will be dispatched the following working day; orders placed after 12pm on Fridays will dispatched the following Monday)
