WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Track your order for regular updates, when it’s ready to leave our warehouse we’ll email to let you know.

Only just ordered? You can check your order status and contact details in My Account.

Don’t forget that we are not working Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays.

HOW DO I KNOW YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?

Once you’ve placed you order, you will be directed to an order confirmation message which will contain your order number. This information will also be emailed to you; this can take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox- so hold tight! Once our team at the warehouse have processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you.

I’M IN LOVE WITH AN ITEM, BUT IT’S OUT OF STOCK ON THE SITE?

Good news! We get new items frequently, especially our most popular items. You can be notified by signing up to our newsletter at the bottom right corner of any page. Once the item is restocked, you’ll be notified right away.

CAN I PRE-ORDER AN ITEM OUT OF STOCK?

Absolutely, we have the option to add items on pre-order. How cool is this?!

The total will be paid at the time when the item is added to pre-order option.

All pre-order products would be ready within 1 month, therefore, please make sure that you will order in advance.

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS INTERNATIONAL CHARGES ON MY ORDER?

Unfortunately AETHRA is unable to advise what customs charges may be applied to international shipments. Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by AETHRA. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, once you’ve placed your order it is not possible to amend any details, as our warehouse team will have already started processing your order.

The cost of sending the original item to AETHRA is the customer’s responsibility. Therefore to return your parcel please log a courier or drop it at the post office. We will compensate by covering the cost of sending the exchange item to you.

Please keep your proof of return receipt in case there is an issue with your return. Failure to do so may result in a delay or problem with your return.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel by special delivery or using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. AETHRA cannot be responsible for any missing goods.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

To make sure you receive your items ASAP, we start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel it.

Please allow up to 10 working days for your returned parcel to be received. We’ll send you an email as soon as your return has been processed at our Warehouse. Refunds take 3-5 working days to reach your account.

If you haven’t heard from us after 10 working days of sending your parcel back to us, get in touch below with your proof of return.
